Our Lebanese blend is composed of sea salt, thyme, lemon, oregano, sesame, cumin and coriander.
# 1 The best vinaigrette
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ lemon juice
½ teaspoon Lebanese mixture
¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
¼ teaspoon honey
Mix all the ingredients together. Serve with raw vegetables (salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.)
# 2 Kefta balls
500 g of minced meat
1 shallot
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoons Lebanese seasoning
1 teaspoon paprika
Herbs: mint and finely chopped flat parsley
Mix all the ingredients and leave them rest for at least one hour.
Form meatballs and place them in a hot pan. Turn from time to time until cooked through. You can serve them with a tomato coulis, tahini or labneh.
# 3 Chicken confit
Ingredients:
2 chicken thighs
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon Lebanese blend
1 lemon
Herbs: parsley
In an ovenproof dish, place the sliced chicken thighs, previously soaked in oil, chopped garlic and our Lebanese seasoning. Cut some lemon slices and place them around the chicken.
Finally add some parsley, and bake for about 60 minutes (depending on your oven).
