Cauliflower and potato soup

Ingredients (4 people)
- 350g cauliflower
- 350g potatoes
- 200g onions
- 4 teaspoons of Umami
- 25 cl of liquid cream or vegetable cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Sea salt
- Peel the onions and potatoes. Detach the cauliflower florets, wash them then drain them and cut them. Chop the onions, cut the potatoes into small pieces. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Umami over.
- Heat the oil in a large saucepan and sauté the onion then add the cauliflower and potato pieces, the remaining Umami, a little salt and 70 cl of water. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer gently for 20-30 minutes.
- Blend to obtain a creamy texture. Add the fresh cream and stir. Check the seasoning and serve.
