
Marinade:
- Olive oil
- Flavoured salt
- Black Pepper from Vietnam
- Bay leafs
Sauce
Chimichurri sauce
- 80 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of our Chimichurri blend
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Mix everything together and leave in the fridge for a few hours before grilling. This sauce is not only great for any meat dishe, but also vegetables.
