  • 400 g firm tofu
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Life
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 50 g red cabbage
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 green onion
  • 2 handfuls of green salad
  • 50 g shelled soybeans (edamame), frozen and thawed
  • Buddha Bowl


  • Cut tofu into 2 cm cubes. Cut cucumber, green onion, tomato, red cabbage, defrost and cook edamame beans. Boil the eggs.
  • In a pan, pour the oil and heat for a few seconds. Add tofu and spices. Combine well. Sauté for a few minutes then stir. Continue until tofu has got a nice colour.
  • Serve in a bowl with the veggies, eggs and sprinkle our Buddha Bowl blend.
