Morning Porridge

Want to eat better in the morning? Discover this yummy, easy, quick and versatile recipe!

  • 1 banana
  • 5 tablespoons oatmeal
  • 100 ml coconut or oat milk
  • 1 teaspoon Cake Factory
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
  • Toppings of choice: dark chocolate, sautéed banana, nuts, peanut butter ...
  • 1 pinch of our blend Morning Boost to accompany your coffee


  • Mash the banana.
  • In a saucepan, combine the mashed banana and the oatmeal.
  • Cover with milk (just above the mixture).
  • Add the spices.
  • Heat on low for 5 minutes while stirring. If the mixture is too dry add milk gradually.
  • Once the creamy texture is obtained, remove from the heat.
  • Add the toppings.
  • Enjoy it together with a hot or cold drink and a sprinkle of Morning Boost !
