Chicken and Veggie Fajitas

Servings: 4 people
-Red pepper (or another vegetable from your fridge) (1)
-Red onion finely chopped (1 to 2)
- Chicken (thigh, or breast) cut into cubes (500g)
-Whole wheat tortillas (4 to 8)
-An avocado or guacamole (avocado mashed with olive oil, lemon, onion, tomato, and a little chili)
-Green onions (2)
-Sauté the red onion and pepper in a pan preheated with olive oil. Add the chicken with the spices. Sauté until cooked through.
-Assemble the fajitas and enjoy!
