Shawarma is the popular style of meat preparation favoured by Arabic street vendors. Descended from the traditional kebab, it's chicken, goat, fish or lamb marinated in seasoning and roasted on a vertical spit. Our Shawarma blend is delicious and will add the perfect flavour to your dishes!

 COOKING USES: GRILLED OR ROASTED MEATS, TOFU, BEANS.

Sea salt, onion, paprika, turmeric, fenugreek, cumin, fennel, cilantro, garlic, cayenne pepper, ginger, pepper. May contain traces of gluten.
